Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

a. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time of the event.

b. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event start time.

c. Additional charges may apply for any extra services or extensions requested during the event.


2. Event Details:

a. The client must provide accurate event details including the date, time, and location of the event.

b. Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the photo booth provider at least 7 days prior to the event.


3. Set-up and Dismantling:

a. The photo booth provider will arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the agreed start time to set up the booth.

b. The client must ensure that there is a suitable space for the photo booth and access to power outlets.

c. The photo booth provider will dismantle the booth after the agreed end time.


4. Equipment and Props:

a. The photo booth provider will provide all necessary equipment and props for the event.

b. The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment or props caused by their guests.


5. Operations and Safety:

a. The photo booth will be operated by a trained attendant provided by the photo booth provider.

b. The client and their guests must follow the instructions of the attendant and use the equipment safely.

c. The photo booth provider is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of the equipment.


6. Use of Images:

a. The client grants the photo booth provider the right to use any images taken during the event for promotional purposes.

b. The client and their guests may use the images for personal use only and must not use them for commercial purposes without prior consent.


7. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

b. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, the full balance will still be due.

c. The photo booth provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.


8. Liability:

a. The client is responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests during the event.

b. The photo booth provider will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the client, their guests, or any third parties.


By booking the 360 Photo Booth hire, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
